FIGURE SKATERS
Off - Ice figure skater assessments.  The skater participates in four off - ice assessments per season that correspond to the change in periodization schedule of training.  They receive a customized report of the areas that need improvement as well as areas that have improved.  The skater can take this information to their current trainer who can then devise the exercises to assist in eliminating the areas that need improvement.  If they do not have a trainer we can develop their program of exercises for the next phase or period and arrangements can be made to work with the skater.  See Bryan's biographical information on the Our Physical Therapists' page.
Vertimaxtm training.  We have been utilizing the Vertimaxtm training platform to improve sport specific vertical take off velocity as well as rotational velocity.  Bryan's knowledge of figure skating and commitment to keeping the sport safe for young athletes fuels his passion for developing new and innovative training strategies for figure skaters.

BASEBALL PLAYERS
Off - Diamond baseball player assessments.  For this program the athlete participates in two off season assessments.  They will receive a customized report of any areas that need improvement as well as areas that have improved that takes into account their main positions.  They can take the report to their current trainer, work on their own, or arrangements can be made to train with us.
Vertimaxtm training.  The Vertimaxtm is used to develop first step quickness in infielders and catchers.  It can also be used for improving first step quickness for stealing bases.
Bryan played baseball for Lake Park High School and continues to play baseball now in the Men's Senior Baseball League.
