Fitness Assessment
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Ryndak's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures may include:
 
        
        Body fat 
        BMI (Body Mass Index) 
        Physical endurance 
        Muscle strength
        
Blood pressure

Training
You will be guided through a customized program that will be targeted toward your goals.  One on one attention will help you achieve maximum results and keep your workouts from becoming repetitive and boring.  Whether your goals are to rebuild your body, maximize it's shape, prepare it for some fun, or just maximizing your health you will benefit from a combination of training methods tailored to your body and goals.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are receiving what you need to achieve your goals.

Nutrition Counseling
Together we can develop a plan for healthy eating.  I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.  If necessary we can refer you to a nutritionist for more in depth help.

Ongoing Training and Support
You will learn techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
