The Ryndak Golf Development Center specializes in one on one and small group golf specific strength and conditioning.

Our instructors are certified strength and conditioning specialists.  They focus on golf specific exercises for performance improvement and injury risk reduction.  They will not try to change your swing- that's what your PGA pro is for!!

We know there is a substantial amount of information on golf specific strength and conditioning that can leave you wondering what is effective for your body.  We use our experience, expertise, and love of the game to develop a plan customized to your body and objectives so you can have the confidence that what you are working on is effective for you.
